Welcome to Crestmont Hotels!
By booking or staying with Crestmont Hotels, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Booking and Reservations
- Reservations can be made via our website, authorized travel agents, or third-party platforms, subject to room availability.
- Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (e.g., GST) unless otherwise stated. Additional charges, such as service fees or peak season surcharges, will be communicated at the time of booking.
- A valid credit/debit card or UPI payment is required to confirm your booking. Crestmont Hotels may pre-authorize your payment method prior to check-in.
2. Cancellation Policy
- FIT (Free Individual Traveler): Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the check-in date to avoid a penalty equivalent to one night’s tariff. Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows will incur a charge for the full reserved stay.
- GIT (Group Inclusive Tour): Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the check-in date to avoid a penalty equivalent to the advance payment (30%). Cancellations within 30 days or no-shows will incur a charge for the full reserved stay.
- Special rates or festive season bookings (e.g., Diwali, New Year) may have stricter cancellation policies—please check at the time of booking.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated periods (7 days for FIT, 30 days for GIT) will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation request.
- The 30% advance payment is refundable only if the cancellation adheres to the above timelines; otherwise, it will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI). Bank processing fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services (e.g., early check-out, unutilized amenities) once the stay has commenced.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at check-in, as per Indian regulations. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
5. Payment Terms
- A 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance (full payment) is due at the time of check-in.
- We accept cash (INR), credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), and digital payments (UPI, Paytm, etc.).
- Foreign currency payments are subject to the prevailing exchange rate and a conversion fee.
6. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to respect local customs, hotel staff, and fellow guests. Crestmont Hotels reserves the right to evict individuals for disruptive behavior, intoxication, or violation of Indian laws, without refund.
- Smoking is prohibited in enclosed public spaces as per the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act (COTPA), 2003. A penalty of ₹10,000 will be charged for violations.
- Consumption of alcohol is subject to state-specific regulations and hotel policy.
7. Liability
- Crestmont Hotels is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. In-room lockers are provided for valuables.
- Guests will be charged for any damage to hotel property, including stains or breakage, as determined by hotel management.
8. Privacy Policy
- Personal information (e.g., name, phone number, ID details) is collected as per the Indian government’s hospitality guidelines and for reservation purposes. Data is protected under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and will not be shared except as required by law.
9. Force Majeure
- Crestmont Hotels is not responsible for disruptions due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions (e.g., lockdowns). Refunds or rescheduling will be offered at the hotel’s discretion.
10. Amendments
- These terms may be updated periodically to comply with Indian laws or hotel policies. The latest version will be available on our website.
